Available Positions:

All positions are fast-paced and require flexibility to be cross-trained in order to assist in other areas. Full and part-time hours are available.

Grill Cook
As a Grill Cook, you will:
– Cook and prepare items on the spot for Grill customers.
– Have good personal skills in order to interact with customers.
– Be flexible with your schedule, shifts will include evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Must have a general cooking knowledge.

Menu Cook
As a Menu Cook, you will:
– Cook and prepare short order items from off of our menu.
– Be flexible with your schedule, shifts will include evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Must have a general cooking knowledge.

Smorgasbord Cook
As a Smorgasbord Cook, you will:
– Cook and prepare food for the smorgasbord, group dining and other areas.
– Be flexible with your schedule, shifts will include evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Must have a general cooking knowledge.

Group Cook
As a Group Cook, you will:
– Cook and serve food for family style groups, clean up and wash dishes.
– Be flexible with your schedule, shifts will include evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Dishwashers
As a Dishwasher, you will:
– Clean dishes, glassware, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils using dishwashers or by hand.
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Smorgasbord Attendants
As a Smorgasbord Attendant, you will:
– Frequently check on smorgasbord food items to refill if needed.
– Check hot food bars, as well as soup and salad stations, for cleanliness.
– Restock plates, bowls and utensils at designated areas on the smorgasbord.
