All positions must be flexible with evening, weekends and holidays hours . They must also be willing to learn all aspects of the bakery area and shifts. Shifts range from 5am-1pm, 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm, and 12pm-8pm, but are not limited to these hours and overtime is expected in the peak season (for whoopie pie festival from June to September.)
Responsibilities include doing daily inventory counts, filling and checking daily orders, bread production, making pies, rolls, cookies, sticky buns, whoopie pies, cakes, cupcakes, single serve desserts, and bulk items.
Must have time management skills, a desire to learn, and the aspiration to go above and beyond.Pin It
