We had an absolutely wonderful time while staying at your Inn. The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing just to look at and the kids had a great time in the play areas, pool(s), and feeding the animals. It was nice to have things to do while back at the hotel instead of just being confined to our room, especially with 2 little ones! Plus, while being away in the summer, who wants to sit inside and just watch TV?! In particular, I'd like to mention Grace (I believe that is her name). She was absolutely the BEST. She made just cutting throught the lobby a nice experience. Very sweet with the kids and my daughter who is just about 3 fell in love with her! Every time we did something like feed the animals, on the way back Sierra would say, "Can I go tell the lady?" and we would have to go through the lobby and tell her all about it.
Also our room was perfect for us and I was glad to have been able to add what I needed beforehand (in this case a fridge) so it was ready and waiting for us when we got in. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly towards the kids. We enjoyed the restaurant and were very grateful the kids ate for free (they are both under 3), and I was even able to get whatever mementos/souveniers I wanted to purchase in the gift shop. This may sound like no big deal but when traveling with 2 young ones it's difficult to add shopping on top of the other activities we do without totally burning them out. :) We always purchase a Christmas ornament and a children's book about the area we are visiting and I was able to find both at a reasonable price so I was thrilled.

This was our second stay at Hershey Farm. Once again, our expectations were exceeded. Everyone is so pleasant. Both at the front desk and the restaurant. Breakfast was out of this world. On our second morning, we had the same waitress as the day before, and she knew exactly what we had ordered to drink from the previous day. Don't remember her name, but she said she has worked there for 15 years. She is so pleasant.

We had a great time while staying at the Hershey Farm Inn. The the grounds were clean and beautiful as we watched the caretakers pull the summer flowers preparing for winter. The paths were great for a relaxing walk at the end of our exploring and shopping days. The breakfast at the restaurant was a fabulous meal to start our day. And thank you for helping us locate destinations and helping to find and make reservations for a dinner theater at the Dutch Apple Theater. We also were thrilled when you were able to make arrangements for us to extend our stay for an extra night. Our room was comfortable and always clean when we returned each day; (we pulled up our beds but your staff always made them and they were much more comfortable to climb into!). Thank you for making our "girls mini vacation" a wonderful time.

This was a very peaceful stay for the wife and I waking up each morning to the
fresh air and country setting. I have traveled numerous time in the 34 years I
have with the military and nowhere has the room been cleaner and the staff
more friendly than Hershey Farm Inn. We look forward to returning in the
spring for another long weekend and enjoy the country side and great food.

Our stay at Hershey Farm Inn was just as wonderful this year as it was last.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and very accomodating.
I was a bit disappointed when I checked in because we werent booked in the
"hotel" section. But once we got to our room (501) with the beautiful view
of the lake, all of the disappointment was gone. I had never realized that
you had other rooms in the back of the property.

Thank you again, our stay was once again very memorable.

Our stay at the Farm was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the food was great and the staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way. Mary Ann was very nice and very helpful and she did a good job of keeping everything in good shape. The staff in the Resturant were also very nice and helpful. Even the gentleman cutting the grass was nice and very friendly. We will be back again next year for sure. Coming to the Farm is the highlight of our vacations. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

We have come to Pa Dutch country from upstate New York for the past 20 years, and have stayed at Hershey Farm for the last 10 years. We love everything about your place: the gardens, the restaurant, the animals, the computer, the shop, the garden store and the service. We have always been made to feel more than welcome, like when I came in to register one year and was told, "We have your usual room all ready for you, Carol" I really felt like a VIP and told everyone. Last year, we were lucky enough to be given an upgrade. Believe me - we will always come back to Hershey Farm. It's part of the vacation, not just a place to sleep!

Our stay couldn't have been any more pleasant. The rooms, as well as your entire facility, were immaculate and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the walking trail's beauty and tranquility.
