If your group would like to make their own room changes they may do so with the understanding that the room must be set back to the Hershey Farm layout to avoid a $55.00 charge.

No charge for adding a screen, a podium and/or sound system (when available).

Private groups staying after meal for a meeting, party, program, etc:
No charge if done by 9:00pm
Additional Fee after hours: $60.00

Each of the following platters are available for an additional fee.
Each platter serves approx. 20 people.

Snack Tray
Chips, pretzels, corn chips with dip

Colorful Vegetable Tray
Carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes with dip.

Fresh Fruit Tray
Seasonal fruit with dip.

Dessert Tray (choice of 4 homemade sweets)
Small chocolate, red velvet, or pumpkin whoopie pies. Chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin or snickerdoodle cookies.

Cheese Tray
Assorted cubed cheese with mustard dipping sauce.

Beverages
Water, coffee, iced tea, and hot tea

Add soda and juice for an additional cost.
