This year, the Bakery at Hershey Farm is offering a 'Make Whoopie' Pie class the Saturday before Valentines Day. Guests who book this interactive class will get their hands 'sticky' and create an original sweet to treat their loved one.
A head Baker from Hershey Farm will walk attendees through the creation of the #1 Whoopie Pie in Lancaster, Pa and be on hand to assist in personalizing each whoopie pie. Guests will be able keep the Whoopie Pies they create and even have them wrapped in a deluxe bakery box for gift giving.

The 'Make Whoopie' Pie class will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 1:00-2:00pm at the Restaurant at Hershey Farm. Cost for the class is $10.00 per person. Must be at least 12 years of age to sign up.
