At Hershey Farm Restaurant, before your group enjoys a delicious PA Dutch style meal they can include an entertaining and educational cooking demonstration.
Start with a 5" pie shell, fill it with all the ingredients, including gooey molasses and sticky sugar, to make Hershey Farm's delicious shoofly pie, then give the pie to our bakery staff. While you enjoy shopping in our large gift shop and have a delicious PA Dutch lunch or dinner, your pie will bake, cool and be packaged. When all shopping and dining is finished, everyone will receive their pies-ready to take home and be enjoyed or to use for bragging rights. Look what I made!!!
