Meeting Room Charges

Per Hour: $50.00
After Hours (9pm): $60.00/hour

Daily Rate (7am-9pm): 4+ hours is a daily rate
Motel: $180.00
Non-Motel: $230.00

Occupancy: 25-180 individuals
Occupancy is dependent on meeting type.

Room changes:
(Moving tables, chairs, etc.) is an additional $55.00
No charge for adding a screen, podium and/or sound system (when available).

Private Groups:
Groups staying after a meal for a meeting, party, program, etc.
No charge if meeting is completed by 9:00pm
After hours fee: $60.00/hour.

 

Food Platters:

Each of the following platters are available for an additional fee. Each platter serves approx. 20 people.

Snack Tray:
Chips, Pretzels, Corn Chips with Dip

Colorful Vegetable Tray:
Carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower & cherry tomatoes with dip

Fresh Fruit Tray:
Seasonal fruit with dip

Dessert Tray:
(choice of 4 miniature homemade sweets)
Chocolate, red velvet or pumpkin whoopie pies; chocolate chip, peanut
butter or oatmeal raisin cookies

Cheese Tray:
Assorted cubed cheese with mustard dipping sauce

Beverages:
Water, coffee, iced tea & hot tea (add soda & juice for an additional cost)

Parfait Tray:
Choose from an assortment of seasonal parfait flavors like twisted
strawberry shortcake, apple crisp, peanut butter and chocolate mint.

Cupcake Tray:
Bite size cupcake assortment. Choose from seasonal homemade flavors.
