Shipping and Return Policy
We care about your satisfaction as our customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in new-unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less our shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on Seasonal, Sale items, Food, or Earrings. If you need to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 717-687-8635 ext. 730. Merchandise must be returned in "new", and "unused" condition in original packaging and include invoice. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibilities.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please open your package upon arrival and examine your items. Damaged or missing items need to be reported within 5 days of delivery or no refund will be issued.
Shipping is limited to the Continental United States at this time. Sorry we do not ship International. Shipping Costs will be as follows with the exception of a few larger items which specify they require additional shipping charges. These additional charges will be specified in the item description and will appear on your invoice before you submit payment.
